Certificate I Keys To EmploymentEnrolments are currently open for this nationally accredited course which is commencing again soon.

Designed by PEP Community Services in conjunction with industry bodies, the Keys to Employment course will provide you with the generic skills required to succeed in the workplace.

The program consists of units of competence which will help you obtain a range of skills including:

• Communication skills, including telephone and writing skills;
• Operating a personal computer;
• Producing simple word processed documents;
• Completing basic calculations;
• Working in a socially diverse environment; and
• Job seeking skills.
