First Click - Log Into Work

Log Into Work provide introductory computer skills to welcome participants to the world of personal computing.  The specific aim is to use a computer an the internet to assist with job search but those interested in general computer use will still benefit.  The course includes.

• Operate a computer safely
• Switch a computer on and off
• Use a mouse and keyboard
• Recognise the components of a computer
• Use program icons
• Print documents
• Create, send and receive emails
• Use the Internet
• Produce simple documents

The training will be delivered in a highly supportive environment by qualified
trainers with experience in working with jobseekers from all backgrounds.
