PEP gets 5 star award rating

PEP Community Services has been recognised as a 5 star service provider by the Australian Government.

The Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) recently released its Disability Employment Network (DEN) star ratings comparing the service of DEN members contracted to deliver employment services.

Based on 13 key performance indicators, the star ratings primarily reflect success in securing and maintaining sustained employment for people with disabilities.

Five stars is the highest rating an organisation can achieve.

Penny Blackburne, Choice Program Manager, says the rating is a great reward for a hard working team who are committed to helping people with disabilities find employment.

"It's also an endorsement of our clients who work with us to get the jobs of their dreams," Mrs Blackburne says.

"This recent recognition confirms PEP's place as Perth's only 5 star provider for its capped program and is testament to the quality service provided by PEP."

"We are the only provider servicing both the northern and southern corridors with 5 star service, which is great news for people with disabilities in Perth who are currently looking for employment."

"It means we have greater success in placing and maintaining people in employment," Mrs Blackburne says.
