  • Access to productivity-based wages for workers whose productivity is affected by a physical or learning difficulty or medical condition.
  • An opportunity to assess performance before you hire by having the jobseeker undertake work experience. The insurance during work experience is covered by PEP.
  • Prior knowledge so you are aware of how a worker's condition or disability may impact on their work performance.
